FW17 VINTAGE
Vintage. It's always making a come back. Buying vintage is not only a way to shop sustainably and responsibly. And it's not only a way to score quality garments on the cheap. It's also a way to fall back in love with clothing that has already been loved in a different context. Every time I pick something off the rack from the 60's or 70's, or even 80's or 90's these days, I ALWAYS imagine the badass person rocking that baby in their era. There's an evocative magic to buying a material object with depth and history.
We've always got a small selection of vintage online, but step into the store for soooo much more. We're talking racks upon racks of vintage and secondhand buddies from all over the place, all in one place.
Here are some FW17 looks that we can tryyyy to help you recreate. But the great thing about shopping vintage is that it's pretty much always going to be a unique fashion feast. So have fun with it and get creative with your wardrobe this fall and always.
THE VINTAGE TRENCH:
Wear it with raw hem Levi's and a white tee. Wear it with a pair of overalls. Or I'm realllly diggin' the vintage wool sweater and cotton trousers vibe!

That oversized, 90's, menswear-inspired, vintage blazer is seemingly everywhere this season. Pair it with denim, trousers, or even rock the 2 piece suit.

Mom jeans have been around for a bit now, but they're finally taking off in a big way. Hack off the bottoms of a pair of wider leg orange tab Levi's, jump on the 501 bandwagon, or get a lil western with those bum hugging Wranglers. Also, Canadian tuxedos for the win always.

Nothing screams 60's chic quite like a big ol' faux fur. Wear it with all black, all white or even keep it casual with some blue jeans and sneaks.
