Do you have a retail location?

Revival is an independently owned and operated boutique located in Iowa City, IA.

Is the merchandise on your website available in store? 

Most of our items for sale online are available in store. We also have an amazing selection of second-hand and vintage items in-store that never make it on the web. So come and check us out!

Where is your store located?

Our store is located at 117 E. College Street on the Ped Mall in downtown Iowa City, IA.  For more info please see our contact page.

How much is shipping?

We ship via USPS with a  standard shipping rate of $7.95.  Expedited and International shipping are available.  Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Can I use more than one coupon code?

Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used at a time and special offers may not be combined.

What is your return policy?

INSTORE: All new items are available for return for store credit only within 30 days of purchase with attached tags and receipt. All sale items, vintage items, and resale items are a final sale. Store credit issued for product returns does not expire. 

ONLINE ORDERS ONLY: All new items are available for return and exchange within 14 days of purchase. All SALE items, VINTAGE items, and RESALE items are final sale.  Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

What is Final Sale?

All items noted as Final Sale are items that are not returnable. All sale items, flash sale items, vintage + resale items are final sale. If it is marked down from it's original retail price, it is considered sale and is non-returnable. 

I want to purchase something online but live in Iowa and don’t want to pay for shipping.

In-store pickup is available at our Iowa City store location. Select the IN STORE PICK UP shipping option and no shipping charges will be added. Email online@revivaliowacity.com to arrange your in store pick up.  

Do you ship internationally?

We do! However the rates do change. Please email online@revivaliowacity.com to request your shipping charge. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more specific information. 

Can I use my store credit or store trade for online purchases?

At this time all store credit (often called 'trade') can only be used in store and is not eligible for online purchases.  

Revival Online is having a sale.  Can I buy the same item in store for the sale price?

Often we run sales that are 'online only.' Unfortunately, these special sale prices are not available in store and are only applicable to online purchases.  We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.  

What are Revival Rewards? 

Revival Rewards (sometimes called SimPerks) is a customized loyalty program for our Revival customers. We love our shoppers and want to say thanks!  After sign-up, Rewards members can earn points for purchases (cash/credit purchases only, store trade purchases are not applicable), as well as social media follows.  Earn points and earn Reward dollars to use at Revival!  

How can I join?

I am a Rewards Member.  How do I receive points for my purchases?

We are pretty old school at Revival and all points are keyed in by hand.  When checking out please tell your shopgirl that you are a Rewards member and we will add your points to your account.

How do I receive my Rewards points for Revival Online purchases?

To receive points for online purchases please tell us your are in a member in the NOTES section at checkout or email online@revivaliowacity.com with your name and order number. Once the email is received we will add your points to your account.
