Are we buying?

Where & When Can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at our studio located on 128 E. Washington above Jimmy John’s. Enter through the door labeled “Arcade” and head to the top of the stairs. We are open for pick-ups Monday-Friday 12-4.
Are you still offering local delivery?
Absolutely! This option will continue for the foreseeable future. Simply select local delivery at check-out and we will deliver to your door within 1-2 business days. For more details on all our shipping & delivery options, head over to our shipping & delivery page!
What’s your return policy?
For new items (non-resale), items may be returned within 10 days of the delivery of your order for store credit. The item must be in unworn original condition with tags attached. Resale items can also be returned within 10 days of the delivery of your order for store credit. ALL tags must be attached for the item to be eligible for return. Sale items (items discounted from their original price) are not eligible for return - this includes both new and resale items. Please make sure to carefully read our item descriptions prior to purchase. For more information, head over to our returns page.
When will you be open for shopping?
We hope to be open for shopping at 128 E. Washington by Mid to Late June. As soon as we have a definite date we will post broadly across social channels!
What's happening over on College street?
So many things! Our space and the surrounding building is undergoing a historic renovation. We are extremely excited about the changes coming to the block and excited to welcome some new retailers and restaurants to our block.
Will you continue selling online?
Yes! This part of our business is here to stay. Moving forward, we will always be listing our resale items on the site so that you can shop from the comfort of your couch!
Where is your store located?
Our store is located at 117 E. College Street on the Ped Mall in downtown Iowa City, IA. For more info please see our contact page. Our location is temporarily closed for renovation
How much is shipping?
We ship via USPS with a standard shipping rate of $7.95. Expedited and International shipping are available. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Can I use more than one coupon code?
Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used at a time and special offers may not be combined.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! However the rates do change. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your shipping charge. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more specific information.
Can I use my store credit or store trade for online purchases?
Yes - please contact us by email and we will issue you a gift card for your trade to be used online.
Revival Online is having a sale. Can I buy the same item in store for the sale price?
Often we run sales that are 'online only.' Unfortunately, these special sale prices are not available in store and are only applicable to online purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.
What are Revival Rewards?
Revival Rewards (sometimes called SimPerks) is a customized loyalty program for our Revival customers. We love our shoppers and want to say thanks! After sign-up, Rewards members can earn points for purchases (cash/credit purchases only, store trade purchases are not applicable), as well as social media follows. Earn points and earn Reward dollars to use at Revival!

I am a Rewards Member. How do I receive points for my purchases?
We are pretty old school at Revival and all points are keyed in by hand. When checking out please tell your shopgirl that you are a Rewards member and we will add your points to your account.
How do I receive my Rewards points for Revival Online purchases?
To receive points for online purchases please tell us your are in a member in the NOTES section at checkout or email email@example.com with your name and order number. Once the email is received we will add your points to your account.
