We ship viaUSPS (United States Postal Service). Please allow 1-2 business days for us to get your package ready, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the details!

All return/exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. Sale + Vintage items are FINAL SALE.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
- SAlE ITEMS & VINTAGE ITEMS (Items marked down from their original price + vintage items) cannot be returned or exchanged. Flash sale items, nail polish, hosiery, resale & vintage items are final sale.
- All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
- Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
- Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.
- Revival is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
- Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.
- Fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form that was included with your order. If you did not receive your returns/exchanges form, please let us know and we will happily provide it for you Include the form in your package along with the item(s).
