RETURNS

We do not offer price adjustments to previous purchases.

We offer exchange or store credit of full priced items purchased ONLINE returned within 10 days of original purchase. Please contact us at info@revivaliowacity.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please follow guidelines below: 

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.  
  • All items must have ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED and/or any packaging must be sealed and unopened.
  • Sale items (items discounted from their original price) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. 
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will email you a pre-paid label for your item. The cost of the label will be deducted from your issued store credit.
  • If you would like to exchange an item, you will be invoiced for the cost of shipping for your new size. Revival will cover return shipping of the original product. 
  • Shipping & Credit Card Fees (3%) are non-refundable.

Please carefully review all photos and descriptions prior to ordering. We try our best to identify any imperfections and/or signs of wear. Often this is what makes a piece so amazing! We are happy to answer any of your questions at info@revivaliowacity.com.

In-Store Purchases: 

New Items

New items (non-resale) must be returned within 10 days of purchase with original tags attached & original packing. Items may be returned for store credit ONLY. 

Resale Items

Resale items are final sale. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

ANY ITEMS PURCHASE ON SALE *DISCOUNTED FROM ORIGINAL PRICE* ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. THERE ARE ZERO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. 

Resale items purchased in-store and any item purchased at discount will REMAIN FINAL SALE. 

Please remember we do not issue cash/credit card refunds at this time. Thank you for your support and for shopping small. Our strict return policy exists as we are a small business & is based on years of experience. We appreciate you respecting our policies and the employees who enforce them. 

EXCESSIVE RETURNS

Revival monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion. 

Any items purchased on sale *discounted from original price* are NOT eligible for return.

SHIPPING 

 Please allow us 1-2 business days to process & prepare your order. If you need something sooner; give us a shout at info@revivaliowacity.com. Once your order is ready for shipping/pick-up/delivery you will receive an email outlining the details, see options below: 

  • Local Delivery | Within the Iowa City Area Only - FREE for a limited time
  • Pick Up | Order is ready within 1-2 days - Pick-up Monday-Saturday 11-6, Sunday 12-5
  • Shipping | $8.99 for for standard shipping - please note our shipping costs have increased by over 10%. This is reflected in our increased rate. 
  • Orders over $250 ship free (suspended during sale)
  • Expedited Shipping | $26.95 receive with 2 business days

You are responsible to provide Revival with the correct and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to make corrections at info@revivaliowacity.com
Revival is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.
